An attorney with over two decades’ experience in private practice, Councilmember Paley brings to her public service a comprehensive understanding of the law, and firsthand experience with the challenges facing small business owners.

Calling all aspiring entrepreneurs.

Here’s your chance to get that business plan into action and have some help to fund it and/or put your stuff in a store located in downtown Columbus, Ohio’s premiere spots of development.

Columbus City Council and its partners are offering a kick start to local entrepreneurs with a chance to win free store front rent for a year plus deeply discounted rent for the next two years. It doesn’t stop there – winners will receive all kinds of business incentives and help in making a concept become reality.

Entrepreneurs looking to start or grow a business are encouraged to submit a business plan by March 1, 2013. Finalists will pitch their concept to a panel of judges that will select up to three winners.
