12-9-12 Employee Handbook

In your job or your company; pretty much operations must be an applied mechanic in order to expect everyone in the company to be on board within the same scope and page of the Company Plan.  As you know the Company Employee Handbook: establishes standards, set expectations, culture of the environment, rules and regulations, policy and procedures, HR matters, Benefits, Warranties, Representations, Non- Compete, Work For Hire Clause, HIPPA info, and all the stuff that makes a company stand together while standing out in Best Practices for Success! 

     12-9-12 The Law re employee handbookMost Employee Handbooks end up being roughly 20-30 pages. And yes, I have seen longer than that at many companies.  May I remind you more importantly that those handbooks are governed by the laws of the land and given State where the employee’s employer is located and has signed the employment agreement/handbook of the how to’s for that particular company. 

     OH, yes, you know those attorney’s have to get involved to keep us covered and protected.  Follow the rules of the Company or you may find the Company showing you the way to the door!  hmmmmm ?

     As I reflect back on this past week in search of solutions to use for the week to come so that we may be proficient, efficient, bearing fruit from our labor while earning a living and making a life; I thought about how much simpler and more successful we all could be if we would just follow the handbook.  12-9-12 Employe expectations

This is saying that while we are creative and smart individuals who have been contracted/ called to do a job for The BOSS because of our talents, skills, and capabilities; we need to follow the set process and authority ruling that work you agreed to do for a set price and what not. 

      I am here to tell that you if you follow the suggested Employee Handbook depicted in this post; you are going to Profit in many areas of your life, health, and wealth. So how will you accomplish this whether you work for someone else or you work for yourself where you may be the sole employee?12-9-12 Fire Your Boss Devil

Then you are going to tell yourself that you LOVE YOUR JOB-   NOTE:  Everything that you are responsible for and accountable for in life, work, and play is your JOB.

     Now that you can see your real JOB and meet your real Boss; your career is going to soar.  HE is the World’s Best Boss and has an awesome benefits package.  That includes profits for your investments, promotion for performance, travel, supplemental and retirement benefits that are out of this World, literally.12-9-12 Coffee cup Worlds Best Boss

     When you pick up His Employee Handbook to read and sign; you are going to be educated and blessed, most certainly not bored, but absolutely energized, when you see where this company is Going!

     I can guarantee that you will agree that this Company offers the best place of employment to work and with the most benefits, known to man, ever in history, to offer so much, with just a small investment of, following the owner of the Company and His Employee Handbook:12-9-12 Gods Company Employee Benefits

     You see in this Employee Handbook the benefits far outweigh the requirements.

Please be advised, it is like any other company who has a handbook. It requires a couple of signatures to get you started; yours and the Boss whom you work for and whom expects your best.

     Thing is; in God’s Handbook the Requirement’s are quite different and the rewards are far more than what you would expect for what you alone are capable of bring to this Company’s table.  There is undoubtedly driven passion of accomplishing the mission and vision of this Company and meeting every quarter’s expectations and goals!   He also offers support and continuing education and self-development.  Since He signed the HandBook a long time ago with His sweat and blood; the signature has never been removed.  If you can say with your commitment and signature of your word that you can follow the HandBook; you are signed sealed and delivered with your agreement to the Employee Handbook and Word of the Company Owner.

      He keeps His Promises for advancement and does promote from within the Company.  The best way He will measure your success is in numbers, loyalty, and your commitment to giving, loving, and helping others.12-9-12 Mother Teresa

     So you see, according to God’s word we have a higher accountability to Him as our Ultimate Supervisor and BOSS.  WE must adhere to those who may rule over us in work and activities.  We have to perform for them as if we were working for God Himself.  I didn’t say it; God did in the scriptures , A.K.A. The Employee Handbook for God, Inc.
