Please take the time before you go to the polls to identify who you want to vote for; don’t just punch a name that sounds good. Be a responsible voter educate yourself.
I remember years ago when my first voting experience was an embarrassment to me as I was just so excited to get to go the polls for the first time I didn’t do much research at all and went into the booth blindly selecting the names I recognized the most from advertisements. Now this terrifies me to think that others may be forced to do the same simply because they are just happy to be in the booth 2012.
So proudly we stand as we use our right to vote; be proud enough to select before you go so you know that you have made an effort to educate yourself. As you use this guide; write down your choices on a piece of paper and take it with you.
Make no mistake, this year’s votes are crucial to how we will live the next four years and whether or not you believe your votes counts, it does. Choose wisely.
Thank you for taking the time to educate yourself and to VOTE.
